  49. Viscorp will be the first chance the Amiga will have for a long time to be
  50. the core computer around which a business is focussed, and not a side
  51. concern which gets sold everytime the main PC business flags. I paste in
  52. now the letter from The Software Director of Viscorp which was posted on
  53. Compuserve by their Software Director, who created Amiga Exec.

  55. Well as everyone has heard by now, AT has been acquired by VISCorp. What
  56. some of you may not realize is that the Director of Software for the
  57. company is none other than Carl Sassenrath, the father of the Amiga's
  58. Exec, and that makes the Amiga's OS one of the most efficient operating
  59. systems around. We all know that!

  77. What I have been telling people is not to worry.  We are all Amiga lovers
  78. here. Unlike ESCOM or even Commodore, VIScorp does not have a single IBM
  79. PC person in the development group.  We are all solid Amigans from the
  80. very beginning.  Personally speaking, I don't plan on killing the Amiga.
  81. In fact,I'm hoping to build one killer Amiga!
